Doesnt work with my Logitech camera, crashes sporadically.

I fail to comprehend how there is no mechanism to get a refund in the App Store for defective applications that simply dont work as advertised.

This application doesnt recognize my Logitech camera, which I use for Skype and Facetime. It also is supposed to read QR codes directly from a file, bit then it crashes awkwardly after displaying the text. I want my money back.
