QR code on TV: app crashed every time. QR code from magazine: same thing. I wonder if this app was tested at all. At this stage: Don’t buy!
The camera integration will cause such a lag that you wont even be able to focus your QR code (using an HD logitech webcam) so the first attempt at a scan took me 5 minuites and then it simply got it wrong and didnt take me to my browser at all. I love what these developers are trying to do, bring a QR scanner to the mac, but they need to improve it a lot and should have done so before I waisted $2.99. Dont waist yours. I reccomend after some research and testing, qreader online instead.

Tried a number of working QR codes that worked fine with redlaser, scanners, etc. No dice with this app. Hope they take my $2.99 and fix it.
This app allows your Mac camera to scan QR codes. Images can also be dropped onto the application and read without the camera. The QR code images needed to be reasonable size to be read. I found 100px, or about 45mm, to be the smallest code readable through my Mac camera. Smaller codes could be read with a camera phone. This app is only for your computer.

I brought this a little skipticle thinking that it wouldnt work but it worked great and fast get this one guys.
I fail to comprehend how there is no mechanism to get a refund in the App Store for defective applications that simply dont work as advertised. This application doesnt recognize my Logitech camera, which I use for Skype and Facetime. It also is supposed to read QR codes directly from a file, bit then it crashes awkwardly after displaying the text. I want my money back.
Waste of money
Ive tried two other QR code scanners for my iSight. They work on a QR code that Im testing. This one doesnt. Bad product.

This application fails to work at all on my iMac. I can launch the app, move a QR code into the viewfinder window and the program crashes immediately. Total waste of money!
This is unsuable. The app crashes every time I put a QR code in front the of the camera. PLEASE FIX OR REFUND MONEY. iMac (late 2009), Mac OS X 10.9.5.

I bought it because it is the first app showed up when I searched for a "QR code scanner” and it doesn’t work at all! I don’t even know how to make it work, because all it showed was just a screen and no other function like “start”, etc..!
